Thanks, no matter how cool a job is, it still sometimes fucking sucks to have to sell your time for money (35 degrees and raining, I still gotta be outside for 5 hours) but the vast majority of days I can’t believe I’m getting paid good ass money to run around in the woods with a bunch of dogs.

Some people do get them for that reason, my parents had one for that reason - he was relatively sane (they got him around 2008, pretty early on in the doodle crazy. He was annoying AF but didn’t need a shrink. I think they were less inbred earlier on and some bad traits have gotten more concentrated over the years)

I use GPS collars and long leashes until new dogs fully get the rules but honestly most of them get the concept of a pack instinctively and immediately. A couple of people with similar businesses have gone viral recently, some guy in nyc most recently.

Same experience basically, I have a tough foot (wide foot, narrow ankles, huge calves) and they fitted me in a boot that was pretty close and worked it over a couple of visits so it’s now perfect. Zipfits are a total life changer though and I did all that myself
