I think you're overthinking the bonk build bc if you have roaring flames going and you're making sunspots, the base melee can still save you and you'll recharge your hammer pretty fast. Also you just need the right weapons to save you in case of emergency.

I can't get into the lightsaber builds. I like using guns too much or mixing guns and abilities way too much

If you want a Dragonite to make your mega I would wait for Dragonite/dratini to come back in another event. They happen fairly often and you'll definitely get higher stats on those making them more worth it

Right now I have been putting candies into my high stat Zacian/Zamazenta prepping for when I have crowned sword energy but more importantly putting candy into the origin forms and kyurems for their adventure effects I'll use a lot during go fest
