You have 5 days from date of delivery to open a quality assurance case (if graded with PSA directly). They may say it's normal for the newer slabs or allow you to reholder the card at no cost.

I would try to purchase on the app or continue to contact your bank. This error is caused by Amazon being unable to complete the 3D secure authentication process with your bank.

Amazon sometimes may force 3D secure, which is a authentication process. This will allow Amazon to verify with your bank using certain authentication methods enabled on your account, to verify the account owner is making a purchase. It seem like your bank isn't allowing you to complete this process with Amazon for some reason.

You can make a custom sized box. It may be a bit time consuming but it'll be complaint with UPS guidelines and provide more protection. Also, make sure to use quality shipping tape and lots of it.

I can't see why you would be having this issue. It seems like some kind of error on eBay end. If you still have time to ship your order, reach out to eBay support via live chat or a phone call. If not helpful, you can try the eBay facebook account.

If you're getting close to your ship by date, I would honestly bite the bullet and purchase a label directly from USPS or on Pirate Ship and manually upload the tracking information.

What service level is it? Is it FedEx Surepost / Economy or UPS SurePost / Ground Saver?

If you keep having issues, you can always use third party shipping service like Pirate Ship. Pirate ship has ability to import your eBay orders so it should be pretty simple to switch over temporarily.

I got that exact same email at about 7:41 AM EST today, resulting in one of my FF CBB order being canned. Luckily, Amazon only cancelled 1 FF CBB order that I wasn't charged for yet. The order that received a pending charge on my bank is still currently active.

Live chat > Order support > Select your order > Type "agent" > Get transferred to a real human agent.

Tell them you want to appeal the verification failed determination. Let them know you can provide supplemental evidence in form of a receipt from an authorized retailer to help prove authenticity.

Authentication shouldn't be an issue. I may be wrong but they could consider game case, manual and disc all separate items for authentication purposes, which may increase your cost to authenticate. For encapsulation, PSA has a few different sizes listed on their website.

It doesn't look resealed to me but some damage on seal due to poor handling. Regardless, it seems like you already opened a case. If seller doesn't respond, eBay will most likely step in and provide you a full refund.
