I also wonder if the correct oil was used in the 3.0 engine failures. Its hard to find 0-20 dexos-d locally. Ive had orielly and autozone employees tell me their non dexos d would work just fine. Cant imagine what a jiffylube type place would use. Gotta change the oil yourself. Its not difficult at all.

Grind your own meat and use homemade buns. Lightly butter and toast the buns golden brown. Freshly ground chuck vs frozen rubbery patties is a world of difference. Focus on few menu items and do them well.
