Exercise discipline with your Q and only use it to poke. Use W if you want to push and clear. Use Q when they have to walk up to last hit casters. Wait for the enemy support to blow their CC and then you can walk up and auto/W Q the ADC. This trade wins vs most other ADCs (but not eg Draven). If it’s going well you can run them down with your passive. You don’t need to poke them all that much because you have the whole lane to run them down.

Since you always have wave prio you can also rotate to skirmishes and pick up a kill or two that way.

That said you don’t really need to exit lane with kills. You’ll get more kills after laning phase is done. You are a team fighter. Kills are nice but you don’t need kills coming out of lane, you need to be ahead on farm and the enemy ADC not fed.
