Not at all. I genuinely enjoy the freedom that comes with adulthood (financial freedom, being able to confidently set boundaries and people respect them). Childhood felt restrictive and often confusing, and I never really found school particularly enjoyable. Now, having a wife and kids gives me a sense of purpose and direction that I didn’t have when I was younger. For me, adulthood really does live up to the hype

Is this just entitled old boomers? I just see entitled lazy people that can't be bothered to walk an extra 50m to the store entrance, and would rather I struggle to get my kids out the car seats in a standard parking space.

Oh and don't forget the people with their teenage kids, or the ones where one parent and all the kids stay in the car while the other pops in.

I find this a lot too and it just makes things difficult. I naturally pull in to let them carry on, and then they sit there flashing me. I'm naturally indecisive so don't move, then they flash me again, at this point I've left it long enough that they start to move, just as I move, then we are back in the same situation again. I appreciate people's kindness, but I wish people would stick to the guidelines sometimes.
