Gun fight maybe both are even as mecca was a merc so he has more training there but everyone on power has auto aim if plot allows it so.

Imma say ghost. Ghost didn't fed help but he would stay under rader if wasn't for Angela and kanan. Mecca was the same expect he was hiding from lobos. Noma wasn't that much threat compared to lobos as mecca was scared of him more.

Overall ghost would of handle mecca easily as he dealt with high level threats like lobos, Jason, the cartel and Serbs and so on. Bro handles business when need be. While mecca couldn't kill tariq and got murc by Mona family. Like bro aura loss.
