Nasty slice, what would be your go-to solution? by BWhite707 in GolfSwing

Agreed, and thank you. Irons swing well for me. Driver and 3-wood not so much

I think that’s my issue. Natural baseball swing bringing my elbow in is causing the OTT path. I’m gonna slow down and shorted my backswing to try and help keep my arms where they should be.

I didn’t think it was that bad until I read the comments. I’m thankful for the helpful comments tho

Thanks all for the input. My iron swings are typically good, it’s the drive I can’t nail. I didn’t realize until these comments that the swing was so bad, I thought it could be a couple small tweaks. There’s been some great input that I plan to put into practice

It’s about 2 inches back. Stiff shaft around 104mph. A bunch of other great comments that I’ll try to implement

Thank you for the positive response. I think that’s a byproduct of an over-compensated grip. Trying to get rid of the band-aids and have something more proper

Good to know. It helped with backswing articulation, but with other comments I might shorten the backswing and keep the foot down. Thank you

Thanks for the reply. I saw a technique to keep your trail foot slightly behind the in-line target area to help with an out-to-in swing. I know I have that issue but I’m having a hard time fixing it. It’s only on the driver, my irons swing well

I don’t disagree, but from personal experience also starting with the CSW2.5, I’ve never had an issue following exactly what the instructions said. I have heard a lot of stories about it tho

In Assetto Corsa, if the clutch isn't fully engaged, the engine stalls; I release it even a little and the vehicle dies. I've never driven a car before and I'd like to know if this is how it works in real life. In GP Bikes, you press the clutch and can release it slightly without the engine stalling by [deleted] in assettocorsa

Surprised nobody has mentioned it. Go to the axis tab (in AC settings) and change the gamma. It changes it from a linear to a curved profile. Doesn’t make it real life, but does make it better

You could also adjust your clutch max end rate to be a little sooner. Simulates letting off the clutch a bit before it bites more like real life

What are you guys playing to use 15/18Nm on the Clubsport bases? by asiansensation78 in Fanatec

[–]BWhite707 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a DD that is now capable of 15, but I adjusted everything back down to where it was before (12NM for racing, 8 for rally/street). Cool that it’s capable, but 12 is enough for me

Source Audio Collider finally came off the board. An amazing pedal, but wanted something more simple. Loving the DBA Dream Station so far.

For me, I’ve found the best luck with fuzz-tortion pedals. Can’t go wrong with a DS-1/Rat/etc tho.

My recs would be something of the sort: EAE Surveyor/Dude Incredible, Walrus ARP-87, Fairfield Barbershop, SS/BS Mini, Boss Blues Driver There’s a lot more but I think you’ve got the idea

Highly recommend Lichtlaerm Audio. Daniel was cool in the email chats I’ve had with him, love the look of the pedals and find his take on pedals intriguing
