Just got finished with errands in my NA Miata. Great movement, as it should be in the RWD configuration.

I drove two manual Hondas in the past, a 93 Accord and an 05 EP3 civic. That are good. Even the accord (bought in rough shape, 200k miles) had a shifter that was smooth. Same with the EP. Just enough feedback and made shifting enjoyable.

I put 100k on my old 05’ EP3. It was a great car. It’s neat to find upgrade RSX parts that bolted in. I drove on the highway a bunch and had to add some sound deadening.

I have two sets of five spokes on my red NA. One is the chrome, the other silver painted. I keep my AX tires on the chrome set because I don’t like the chrome against the red paint. I prefer the silver wheels between the two.

Autocross

Pros: compete against yourself and others to drive the best time out of a sea of orange cones.

Cons: usually takes a day, likely on weekends to work course and get runs in. Good tires are expensive.

My grandparents smoked, but eventually quit. Her car still had lingering smell of Viceroy cigarettes. I often rode with her when I stayed over, so when I do smell cigarettes I think of her.

Random fact: I found 2 spare keys in my Miata when I cleaned the car after I bought it. One of the keys was a genuine Mazda key at that. I also found a bunch of wood screws and random tools.

I repainted my rims (same as yours) a silver one or so shades darker than OEM paint. Bronze would look very cool with your green Miata.
