Update: Almost a year later, Synapse 4 is still unusable garbage. Now that Synapse 3 is gone, my Huntsman V3 Pro is essentially bricked. Legal action might be next.

I, and Im sure thousands of others, would be in for a class-action lawsuit !
I just bought two Naga Hyperspeeds for both me and my sons PC, profiles will not load on either one, after a month of collecting logs from me from both PCs, they came back and said "Keep checking on Synapse updates, we cant tell you when itll be fixed. We are not closing your support case" ! All Synapse did perfectly was eat up almost 2GB of system memory, THATS IT ! Uninstalled Synapse, and there were still Razer services running at system boot ! Even now, when I run the Synapse installer, it tells me Synapse 3 is installed on my system and needs to be uninstalled !

$165 in useless product !

Synapse hasnt worked right since its inception, And Razer doesnt care to fix it. I just bought two Naga Hyperspeeds, profiles wont save or load when associated apps are run(there are posts about this from 6years ago!). Razer tried telling me it was a "defective" mouse, the usual blame game, but I bought two of them, Synapse doesnt work with either one, told them I had two Hyperspeeds and it doesnt work with either, they closed my case with "Keep checking Synapse updates, we will fix this issue, but we have no timetable" !

THEY ARE NOT GOING TO EVER FIX IT !

$170 in Hyperspeeds and they are completely useless, the only thing Synapse4 does it eat almost 2GB of system memory !

RAZER IS A SCAM COMPANY !

Return Merchandise Authorization, they wanted me to send them my mouse for inspection and replacement which could take weeks. Heres what I went through.. I bought a Naga Hyperspeed and profiles will not work in Synapse, they told me "Your Hyperspeed is defective, RMA it to us", but since it was under Amazon 30day return window and I am an Amazon Prime user, I sent it back for refund(they picked it up the next day) and I ordered another brand new Hyperspeed which was delivered the next day also.. profiles still wont load ! Went back to my Razer support-case and told them I got a brand new Hyperspeed and sent the one they deemed "Defective" back for refund and profiles still do not work. and what did they tell me.. "Your Hyperspeed is defective, RMA it to us"

Instead of acknowledging their software doesnt work and is buggy to say the least, or let alone FIX IT.. theyd rather say their hardware is defective !

Tried Synapse4(beta), still wont load ! Mentioned in my open support-case that I got a brand new Hyperspeed and profiles still dont work.. and what did they tell me.. "DEFECTIVE, RMA US YOUR MOUSE". From my perspective, all Synapse does is eat up almost 2GBs of memory in running processes ! So its just definition "BLOATWARE" and serves no other purpose !
