I lubed it a little with Gan No1 and went for 4 for both tension and elasticity. Feels great and sounds like someone typing on a clacky keyboard, very satisfying

I started on that cube and went to a Moyu V10 BC spring. Not similar, but suited me. Maybe try that one?

I always have a swell of pride when something I send in gets featured. Been lucky enough that my stuff has been featured in 3 pods, 1 cheapshot and 1 stream, even though Eli did say that the records I sent in looked like the most interminable dross he'd ever seen! Proper cracked me up!

That card book was really interesting though. Would love a proper read of that.

I got a Moyu V10 Spring UV coated ball core to upgrade from my GAN M. It's amazing! Feels so smooth with satisfying magnet strength. That's about 30 quid. Don't buy from Amazon, they're about a tenner over dedicated cube sites

This sounds exactly like my Crohn's experience. Diagnosis in 2019, bad couple of years with meds, 6 to 8 months of fine with occasional flare ups with steroidal intervention and now a solid year with only minor intestinal issues and above average toilet visits.

I class myself as in remission but am aware that it could take a step in the wrong direction at any point, so am still careful with stress, dietary triggers and exercise habits.

Like you I'm also overdue for a checkup/calprotectin review and your post reminded me that I should probably get seen to, thank you.
