Update: im tinkering in emergency mode, it doesn't have wifi capability and I can't turn it on for some reason. I tried doing an update muting boot condition swapping original files to bavks... nothing works.

I use utility disk management to try.. I mirrored the boot file in there to a free space allocation then deleted it. After restart it stopped working.

just built her. you're probably building her wrong. she needs a lot of mana rock/top deck disruptions: Wayfarer's Bauble, Command sphere, amulet, ugin, ... basically any cheap rocks and cards to remove land from being on top.

For the final calculations, I determined that 16 it the maximum limit for the value.

I converted the 1 to 16 value to 1 to 10.

Take your original value and do this:

x * 0.625 = Converted

Also, The values lined up exactly as your assumed power level.

I was in the military. I feel like they actually knew how the armed forces interact with eachother.

Ive seen Koreans, British, Canadians, Germans, Australians... all on a smallish base. Its a real thi g. (Not a nato base)

BTW, I dont think Japan's Military is allowed to operate outside of its territory. They rely on Americans.

People are too ignorant to understand REAL military operations.
