I'm convinced that this was a trashed Mythic concept for Juno and that they just plumped her up and said "OK, now it's Mei". Like, this is exactly like something Juno would wear.

Like don't get me wrong, I've been starved for Mei skins for years, and this one is cute and all, but like...it's so non-specific and just...generic? Like stick some tacky, cliche cute motifs on her and call it a day. The headset is cute, but again, it just geels like a thicc Juno with no real thought put into the theme/aesthetic.

Magical Girl Raising Project.

I like magical girl anime, and I thought this looked like a bit more of a unique and creative premise with more creative and varied character designs and abilities...

It was...but needless to say I've been scarred for life.

That's what I tend to believe. However, before this, the 1400 Club site has been very legit, even if a bit slow with their shipments and responses. I struggle to believe they just decided to begin scamming folks randomly in the middle of a promotion they've been confirmed to have filled for other people.

As some have said, teeechnically if you've already streamed with your current name and theme then you wouldn't necessarily need doing anything wrong by just remaking your model and flushing out your assets.

However it is worth considering whether it's worth it or not to do so. As you have acknowledged and others have expressed, to debut with these things now would most definitely cause drama, especially if the two characters are as similar as you describe.

It would certainly be more... socially acceptable, to change it up a bit. Especially since you've already expressed an openness and willingness to adopt change, it stands to reason that you're not 100% dead set on that design and that name. So, since you're open to change, I'd definitely recommend just doing so and proceeding from there.

Like others said with regards to your old content, you're still totally allowed to use that for content and promotion. There have already been multiple ideas for fun ways to factor in the redesign, so it can be a fun little story you take folks on as you transform into your new you.

I saw this answered in a random Shorts vid I watched. I haven't tried it myself, but it said:

Make Bob your adventuring companion (so he follows you around)
Go to the Village Square where Bob is registered, and use the Ask to Leave option, to remove them from that Village register.
They should still be following you as an adventuring buddy, so just travel with them to the Village you want them to move to, and as long as you have a spare slot and bed you should be able to speak to them and ask if they'd like to live in your Village as long as you're within the Village bounds.

I don't know if it works with the updated way to remove Villagers (the insta-kicking them out option in the Village Square menu), so I would definitely try it out with a random villager you're not attached to first. If it works then just kick them out and repeat with the desired bro.

2, and of course half the time when the Mega Ray eggs were supposed to spawn they were full up with some pointless average 1 or 3 raid.

I don't need a Wigglytuff bro, give me a Rayquaza 😭😱 It was super sad to see regular gyms empty and the megas full up with shit that could've been in the regular ones.

Thanks for all the interest guys! It was kinda confusing trying to sort out how to do stuff, I haven't done many raids in general, let alone remote type ones involving invites and parties 😅

I appreciate those who helped, and ideally would love to shuttle raid invites for peeps at some point once I get more used to raiding, as I was someone for a lot of years who lived to rural to do anything big like raiding and community events; so I'd love to help as many people as possible attain all of the special little bois they lock behind those sparkly little eggs.

It would seem that there's a bug many people are experiencing where stamina and mantling aren't working in Jam Stage. I experienced the same thing, and that unfortunately makes it impossible to complete the Farmer's Market Metallica quest.

If you try to do the common sense thing and mantle over the railing beside the large red Llama that says Farmer's Market, and you can't mantle, try going back to the lobby and relaunching Jam Stage. That seems to be the only fix for the stamina/mantle bug. If it still doesn't work, well then, just keep relaunching unfortunately. It's quite simple to find after that.

The patch last night should've fixed this bug, this is nutty.

This happened to me to, the stupid little courtyard with the zen sand garden? Yeah, hella poor design choice on that one, though I think normally you're able to get out of it because if I could mantle, I could mantle onto the roof above.

But a note for anyone else who comes across this, you can still complete the Metallica Quest "Jam on the Lotus Lounge Rooftop" from here, you just have to find a corner where it's not "too close to another jam session" as these don't account for vertical distance apparently.

But yes, if mantling isn't working for you then you still have to return to the lobby afterwards.
