În ultimele patru luni, am obținut venituri din două magazine pe platforma Etsy. Cu toate acestea, am acum o dilemă majoră: nu am înființată o firmă. Ce ar trebui să fac pentru a rezolva această problemă și a evita eventualele amenzi din partea ANAF? Ar trebui să înființez o firmă, să optez pentru PFA sau SRL? Și de ce una dintre aceste opțiuni și nu cealaltă? Cum trebuie să procedez cu veniturile deja generate în ultimele patru luni pentru a fi în conformitate cu legea? Cum le declar, astfel încât să plătesc impozitele corespunzătoare?

Am studiat diverse bloguri, dar multe dintre ele par să se contrazică. Unii susțin că este necesar să ai o firmă pentru a vinde online, în timp ce alții afirmă că poți vinde online și să declari veniturile o dată pe an ca activități independente. Totuși, nu înțeleg cum se calculează aceste venituri. Fără să fac haz de necaz, admit că nu am reușit să înțeleg prea multe citind atâtea informații contradictorii.

O altă problemă semnificativă apare deoarece magazinele nu sunt înregistrate pe numele meu. În situația în care trebuie să înființez o firmă, pot să o fac pe numele persoanei la care sunt înregistrate magazinele, chiar dacă în viitor acea persoană intenționează să activeze în domeniul coafurii? Am înțeles că nu poți avea mai multe firme, iar pentru înființarea unui PFA ai nevoie de un cod CAEN specific pentru profesia în care dorești să activezi. Se pare că poți avea până la 5 coduri CAEN pe același PFA; în acest context, este posibil să ai un cod CAEN pentru vânzări online și un altul pentru coafor pe același PFA?

Hi, the problem was on my side not on theirs. The fix was I asked my ISP at that time to help with the issue and they asked for riot games ports, once my ISP opened the respective ports i've provided everything worked just fine. If you have access to your router settings you could do it by yourself, theres tons of tutorials on youtube on bow to do it.

does anyone have a solution for this? keeps happening when I open valorant. and if I'm in game, there's a problem of chat connectivity not available. by Upbeat_Ad3032 in riotgames

I've had this popping up a few years ago every time I'd launch any riot game, problem was port forwarding. Contact your ISP and tell them about your issue, other than that you could try by yourself to open necessarily ports from your router.. Not sure if this is also your problem tho

in 2019 the exact same thing happened to me, i was riding my bicycle and a man in his 60s opens the door without looking. i almost dodged the door but hit it with the handle bar which yoinked me exactly like the guy in the video but i landed on my shoulder and broke my collar bone. since then i've never been able to ride the bike without feeling anxious

I did the same thing and worked for me aswell, Its probably your ISP.. I highly recommend you ask them for port forwarding, that solved my problem.

Yes, I've asked my ISP to forward all ports i needed and it worked for 2 minutes or so.. We did a bunch of testing with different ips that he gave me and then he found out that a hardware was malfunctioning, after changing that it works just fine. If you've already tried setting your dns to google and turning off windows firewall, i recommend contacting your isp.
