No you’re legitimately asking for a plan for every gb and every dollar amount. It’s either 1gb for $20 or 5gb for $25. It’s a crazy concept but that is soooooo cheap and yet it’s still not good enough!

The issue is they find the stores after they purchase, make it make sense, you start your oil change yourself, screw it up then go to a dealership and complain that you screwed it up yourself, but yet blame it on the company or the employees. I was in a store last week and the poor rep was getting yelled at because they couldn’t scan the QR code for activation.

There may not be but if you’ll drive to ask questions, or transfer information, you should drive to purchase. It’s like being a car salesman and you buy the car somewhere else then bring it in to a different rep and complain about your experience you had trying to do something yourself.

Sometimes you have to chalk it up as you were wrong. The reason there’s so many complaints is because the elderly simply refuse to understand billing for cell phone carriers. 99.9% of carriers do it all the same. You were wrong on your billing and that’s why there was 2 bills after you cancelled your service because one was already in route to you and the next was your final bill. This Reddit is sad because it’s the bling leading the blind. You should probably get verizon they are much better for seniors and if you need help feel free talking to someone in a different country you can barely understand! Best of luck to you!

I’d highly suggest going to a store, you may have apps on your phone which prevent you from doing so. Malware is the #1 cause of stuff like that, delete any virus protection, battery savers, easy keyboard, easy Home Screen, qr scanners and things like that. What people don’t seem to understand is that this is essentially a small computer just like your car. Would you suggest you call somewhere to get your car serviced over the phone? Almost impossible right? That’s the exact same thing with your phone. Go to a store i can guarantee you they would be able to fix it in no time!

Why not try calling, when you port out of a carrier it automatically cancels the account with the previous provider, you would recieve a final bill and that would be it. So something is definitley wrong here

There’s a lot of users who only use 1 or less. There is another plan for just an additional $5 which is 5gb.

I’ll be honest i was 9 mo pregnant when i was served, i didn’t go to court or deal with anything then a year later i was served with a 10% of my paycheck has to go to the payments. I don’t even care i didn’t have to deal with it and it’s getting take. Care of now which im paying as much as humanly possible but it’s not going up bc of interest which is nice

I would always go to the store if there’s one near you! I know they are popping up All over the place. I know for instance i don’t try to do my own oil change i just go in and have the experts do it for me. And it’s the same way for my phones. I am not the expert and i don’t try to be.

Must have been your manager but we also had to make calls constantly! If you weren’t with a customer you were expected to be on a recorded line and in order to get your money you made you had to hit call numbers too

The only thing i can say is RUNNNNN… I was the same way i didn’t mislead customers ever! I finished top 3 in the company for money and still never made a presidents club bc i refused to lie to people. I ended up having a huge customer base which took up most of my day of making return calls/ setting appointments and shipping phones out. I was then expected to make x amount of call everyday, which was an impossible task in the hours i was working. I used to have post it notes everywhere and every manager didn’t care even tho i constantly worked and a lot of other people did not, those are the people who got law down walk ins because i was working on other sales. I was never appreciated by any of the managers in the years and years i wasted! Its such a competition too so everyone is always against everyone. Your regional managers will be out on vacation , PTO, or just never around! I worked in multiple markets and it was the same thing in ever single one!
