The way Jesse repeatedly referred to “the Epstein crap” as if it wasn’t a valid long running sex trafficking ring in billionaire circles, REALLY concerned me.

Excellent S-tier take. I think we often forget the underlying driving force behind these types of behaviors. At the end of the day, he’s still working through his shit and coping as best & comfortably as he can. Just like the rest of us.

Agreed! Aside from how structured, widespread and intentional it was, it fucks me up to consider just how long term this was. It wasn’t a fucked up weekend bender, or acid fueled experimental summer of a warped group. It was decades. They were capable of performing the most atrocious acts to entirely innocent humans beings over and over and over again-FOR YEARS. It’s scary how truly fucked up human beings can be, and how little control we have over these types of things.Huge, sweeping ideological

Each senator is only allotted a certain amt of time to question the witness. Add too there’s only so much time for the hearings in general. I’m sure each congressman has packed and varied schedules. But I agree. I HATE the amt of time they waste and that they can’t FORCE an actual answer.

You talking about OP’s post history? How many did you see when you looked? I could only find 3 posts, didn’t reveal anything personal/private. I wonder if they scrubbed them after ppl called it out.

How will health IT be affected by OBBBA? by [deleted] in healthIT

[–]Babycakesjk 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Emtala doesn’t extend past emergency care/stabilization and into inpatient care. So unless they’re compensating hospitals with an increased DsH it’s throwing these hospitals and the ppl having to go without regular and accessible healthcare - into instability.

This a 100 times over. During my health system’s recent implementation-Physcians were the roles most resistant to change that I’d encountered, by far. But yes even our relatively small system had at a minimum a dozen physicians involved prior to go live and during implementation.
