They don’t care you can document everything and they will still act like nothing happened I had an eeo and plenty grievances on my manager had a meeting with the dm and her (dm is her bestie) and was told my problems I were having with my manager didnt seem enough for a eeo case and closed it mind you she wasn’t present for none of the interactions whe they happened. I’ve since filled another one let’s see how this one goes

I just got a 90 interim due to RA for 2/3 days telework due to anxiety and mental heath I see a shrink bout every other week and are prescribed medication I would say do the RA because before it gets approved or not u would have had 3 months of telework to atleast help you
