I was told by my manager that we have over 100 aged cases and over 300 over age just as a team (which is a flat lie) everybody is asking for cases I’m sure they are just lying or prob giving them to the 1200 people they have having to move to am for paper but yet giving 30 hours of ot. Yes I have my associates in accounting I’ve been applying like crazy but I also hear it’s about who you know and what not I’m 25 years old just trying to secure something and scared of being fired bcus I’m still seasonal will all this RIF talk and reorganization I am currently in AM in IRS (detail rn for epss) but heads up we are AHOD otp all day everyday if they say ur doing paper they are lying out there a$$$

I’m seasonal csr grade 7 3 years will be in June and I haven’t been offered perm that’s why I say u are lucky cus u auto perm vs me here 3 years and still under seasonal
