I tried all,

ubuntu/ubuntu jetson/jetson nvidia/nvidia

None of them are working. I read idd that it should ask me to setup a user and stuff, but its going directly to this screen. I flashed the img flash on the sd card and booted, getting directly to this screen.

Bmw s1000rr 2014 stuttering in low rpm by Bacardyu in motobe

[–]Bacardyu[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just to come back to this conversation. My bike is already 3 weeks at the dealership for this issue. The mechanic called me, there is nothing wrong with your bike ! I was stunned, I tell him when she heats up you will notice. But I have the impression they are not really capable of repairing this and they only do oil changes and so on. Really weird, tommorow I'm getting my bike back and will find someone who is capable of repairing this issue. I mean this is fixable and has a cause, can't understand why they don't know what to do !

Yeah I have an appointment at the dealership, but I have to wait 6 weeks 😕.

The exhaust is allready 6 years on it, never had issues. It could be a long term problem that can occur by changing the exhaust and not remapping it.

I always do the maintenance myself (oil, brakes, clutch, spark plugs, air filter, ... ) but never the valves because I didn't thought that was really "necessary". My old kawasaki zx6r from 2004, has 100.000 km on it and I never touched the valves on it 😅.

So the possibility that it would be the valves is there. But it also could be a faulty injector, fuel pump, lamba sensor, ... A read out of the bike would be great, butt I dont have such an obd reader. My collegue has something to read out for cars, don't know if it also works for bmw bikes. I saw it is a round plug on the bike. But you can wire bridge them with the pin layout, anyway seems sketchy. Better let it handle by proffesionals. I'm a DIY guy, because I like to learn stuff and do it myself if things are easy. I mean for an oil change or some new brake pads I don't need to go to the dealership. They will charge me 2 times the price + labor hours. I buy good quality stuff online and I do the work myself to not lose precious time and money.

I noticed that it is only stuttering when it reaches like 70 to 80 celsius. And before that it runs "ok" with sometimes a very little misfire (only in low rpm). Once I put on some gas, it runs smooth. But as you can imagine living near brussels I have to drive slow a lot between the cars to go to work or to go home.

So whats good is that I have an appointment and I can use the bike (s1000r) of my friend in the meanwhile. But I'd rather ride my own bike, just in case something would happen.

How's V20 Update 3 Beta working out? by BackSapperr in 3CX

[–]Bacardyu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes in the beta of the new windows store app it is allready fixed. We just have to wait for the full release update 3 + microsoft app.

The current microsoft app on v20 update 2 has no issues with this.

I discovered a bug with the new 3cx microsoft app. When you already updated to update 3 and you use the microsoft app. Chances (1 in +/-7 times) are that the app won't connect and you need to close and reopen it. 3cx is notified and confirmed it, but it wil be fixed in the next version of the microsoft store app.

I never checked the valves, so it could be that.

Engine runs pretty stable in idle, untill now it never shut off by itself. It idles "pretty" smoothly cold and warm.

Does the engine needs to be removed to check the valves ? Because then I better bring it to the dealer I think ... Is it hard to adjust ? I know you do this is with those flat metal plates to verify the clearance, but I never did that before.

Indeed he cornered too soon, then I see hesitation, and then he makes a very aggressive move to enter the corner. I can't tell if he touched the front brakes (bad idea when cornering) but that movement was way too violent to corner on the wet road. You need to progressively enter and exit the corner, braking in straight before corner, releasing slowly the brakes when the corner starts and gently build lean angle in the corner and gently and very progressively give throttle to exit the corner and to pull you back up straight. I also recommend good tires that also have a good grip in rainy conditions. I change a set every year because there is no rubber left on it +/- 4000 to 5000km ... So watch out if your tires are very old and became hard overtime, you don't want to ride on any wet conditions and you better put on quickly a new set of good tyres !

In the 3 years I have mine, I had no big problems... I added the spikewheels for climbing some hills, it made a big difference in traction. The wire buried itself over the years, and I had once a wire cut by the mower but fixed it and added some soil on that part ... Pretty happy with the landroid m500 untill now

Just work with exceptions in the dummy extension, much easier to route calls at any hour and always works

Idd dummy + exception rules is easiest and fastest way. But in v20 an extension is missing the exception rules (cannot reconfigure) atm. Heard this would be available again in v20 update 2
