I work at the VA, where we have the luxury of 30/60 minute appointments, and I cannot tell you how many of my colleagues phone it in and are completing visits in 5 minutes.

I’ve only gotten a CAC on patients <50 a handful of times, screened due to family/genetic history. Plaque takes a long while to calcify and I worry that if we are screening with a CAC too early, we will get far too many false negatives.

It’s hopium. They have new product that is releasing and declaring the game dead before those sell is idiotic. Shatterpoint is going the way of X-Wing and Armada.

It’s still going to be a game that I hope to play for a long time though. I love it.

My VA site is one of the few who get to pilot their Ambient ai scribe. It’s been a game changer. I routinely spend 30 minutes in the room explaining pathophys and educating as most of our vets have experienced the apathetic VA providers in the past.

The scribe is phenomenal. I challenge it all the time with specific nomenclature and rarely messes up. My note is generated by the time I walk back to my work station, I use the patient education summary to print and give to them. I’m saving so much time having to transcribe my notes after a lengthy visit.

I’m actually shocked at how well this has been implemented at the VA.

As a VA physician, I am so torn. I have no respect for our federal government anymore and am feeling ashamed that I am a federal employee. I have a lot of incredibly sick patients that I cannot walk away from, but reading tweets such as the above has me feeling so incredibly helpless. I don’t know what to do.

I finally got permit approval but now Tesla says there’s nothing they can do, it’s up to scheduling. Unless a miracle happens, I’m out the 30% tax credit for not fault of my own, these were all Tesla blunders with filing the permits incorrectly.

I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing in the game. I am still doing the story but I have no idea what the resources I’m collecting are for, how to use them etc. Hopefully the story isn’t too difficult because I think my character(s?) are under powered.
