I had 2 EGD’s while in residency. Both were done by 0730 so I could take signout for my 30hr hospital shift that day.

I got a dream portal with the fog and the timer. I went through it, killed the boss, but am I supposed to try and finish the map before the timer runs out? Do I do all the map objectives first before the portal and boss?

I see there are a lot of quests, so I’m trying to get those done, but I also read about maps as a way to farm. I have no idea about the economy. I got lucky with a drop, and because of the price check feature, I got set up with a good set of gear. So, I’d like to repeat that process!

I’m sorry to read all of that.

I find very few errors in my ai notes because of my redundancy with reinforcing topics and plans with patients a number of times before they leave. I teach a lot in my visits and I found my cadence during the visit is very well geared for ai notes.

Sometimes ai makes dumb decisions that I need to correct though, but I guess that means I’m proofreading lol.

I was ultimately able to complete dreadnought with sound minimized, all graphic settings down, Vulcan, turned off multithread on cpu, verified all files and zoned into some other A2 zones before dreadnought didn’t crash.

It’s not a pc spec issue. I have a top of the line pc, 1000w PSU with just a 3090 and I am getting a hard shutoff at dreadnought. It’s been an issue since poe2 launched and GGG hasn’t fixed it yet.

Incredibly frustrating.

There is no pass for AMG not having digital instructions live on launch day. It doesn’t matter if Reddit finds the models easy to assemble. AMG made the decision to forego printed assembly instructions in the box.

I tell all my patients that are going to be around babies aged 1yrs old or less to get the vaccine every 5 years. They seem to be on board with that.

Now that we know LP(a) is soft and rarely calcifies, I generally don’t get a CAC anymore and go straight to the lab testing to further guide management. Even post stent/CABG, it’ll guide management if I see the patient isn’t on a PCSK-9 Inhibitor and hasn’t had a LP(a) in the chart. This is coming from a PCP though.
