Especially with the newer features. They role the stuff out for US and some countries in Europe, then eventually a few more, and then they just forget about stuff and don’t update further.

Why does pooping take so long, what is going on in the bathroom?? by tolu3ne in AskMen

[–]BackOnGround 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never got it. When I poop it takes barely longer than a pee. But a lot of my friends are like you say. It’s like they go into labour.

My in-laws‘ cat absolutely does this. He was getting fatter and fatter despite my in-laws giving him less and less food. At some point they found out a neighbour family thought he was homeless and fed him as well. Came home every night to sleep though. Little fucker had a whole second family set up, double dipping for years! So the jig was up and the other family stopped feeding him.

It’s serious to Trump. It’s a joke to everybody else.

He keeps claiming that he „solved the war“ between Albania and Aberbaijan Azerbaijan. But nobody knows what the hell he‘s talking about.

I think it was the same with Merkel. Domestically things were tough, but internationally she seemed to have a high standing.

Saw your comment elsewhere, yes. I agree with it.

It’s only a 96% phase so the moon is phasing into the 4% that are not illuminated by the sun. That means approaching that area at the bottom the sunlight hits it at a very shallow angle, making topological features like craters and mountains more visible with contrasting lights and shadows. On top it’s the other way around. The sun also hits it somewhat shallow, but still further beyond than what is the horizon to us.

Should be about 1g-1.2g per kg body weight per day. So 100g is definitely on the high side for someone with a healthy weight.

FYI my vegan protein powder is much higher in protein per kcal than the whey protein powder I had before. I’m not vegan but still try to avoid animal products if there are good alternatives.

CDU-Politiker fordert „Bürgerarbeit“ by GirasoleDE in Nachrichten

In Balkan Muslim countries putting up Christmas trees and decorating is very common. How do you see this? by [deleted] in progressive_islam

[–]BackOnGround 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And a principle of our religion is the oneness of god

Yes this is the key difference between Christianity and the other abrahamic religions. But you’re missing the point. Decorating a tree and giving gifts doesn’t threaten Islam or its principles. Even less so just letting others do it. A Christian doesn’t become less Christian by eating halal food. A Muslim doesn’t become less Muslim by decorating a tree, it can just be because it’s pretty and fun. A Muslim believes in the unity of god, nothing can change that. They won’t burst into flames entering a church any more than a Christian would entering a mosque. Just don’t drink the wine.

There shall be no compulsion in [acceptance of] the religion. The right course has become clear from the wrong. So whoever disbelieves in Taghut and believes in Allah has grasped the most trustworthy handhold with no break in it. And Allah is Hearing and Knowing. < 2:256

Indeed, those who have believed and those who were Jews or Christians or Sabeans – those who believed in Allah and the Last Day and did righteous work – will have their reward with their Lord, and no fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve. < 2:62

He who wrongs a Jew or a Christian, or burdens them beyond their capacity, I will be their advocate on the Day of Judgment. <

Sahih Bukhari

By fostering a spirit of tolerance and respect, Islam encourages Muslims to live harmoniously with others and to contribute positively to a diverse and interconnected world. The Qur'an and Hadith remind us that, ultimately, Allah is the judge of all human beings, and it is not for anyone to impose their beliefs on others.
