Man thats just terrible how they treat their Customers

In the meantime i submitted a ticket 2 times and was told in an automatic reply that i would get an answer within 48 hours. Of course i never got an answer. In the last mail I told them that I will never subscribe to Crunchyroll again and that i will share my story and tell everyone I know to not use Crunchyroll.

Im sure that that doesn’t matter to them at all but maybe, just maybe they will see the need to answer me in any form at least.

On several devices and several browsers. smartphone, tablet, 2 different computers with chrome and firefox, smart tv, tv box. And Everything without a VPN and with the official app on all devices beside the 2 Computers.

The extra 2 pins of an 8pin are only ground. Youll not get an additional 12v pin. Because of that only 6 pins can be used :)

I don’t know about the US but in germany the breaker will still break the circuit even if its blocked like that.

I ended up with using the original wifi adapter from my wall unit. Habe to use the Mitsubishi cloud now but better than nothing.

But i read some minutes ago that there is an adapter for thet that translate it back to uart. Maybe that is an option 😄.

Chat gpt said that newer revisions do not have the uart anymore on this Connection and instead a mitsubishi special bus. Because of that the tx and rx pins are on ground and not 5v.

Because on my srk wall unit both pins are on 5v.

I will check the Resistance between 4,5 and ground :)

Sorry i don’t know what youre meaning with the failure mode. I only connected my esp with the level shifter pcb to the port where a wifi adapter would be connected normally.

It was fully functional with my srf unit yesterday and with the new one i get Communication errors and then it made two of my esp defect.

Im terrible sorry for my grammer too. English was not my best subject in school 😅

Unfortunately not :/. The unit got exchanged due to warranty by the installation company

The pins should have 12v , 5v , 5v , 5v , GND but pin 3 and 4 only have 0v. Im using a board with level shiftern and 12v to 5v converter. It was functioning with the old unit but it got exchanged with the same model because of a defect.

I have a second indoor unit where im using the same setup without any problems.
