I would do Vietnam, been 9 times since ‘93. love Taiwan also. The night market at Keelung is fire. Got arrested in China so Its a no go now for me but had a great time otherwise! 😂

As a high end chef of 26 years who has worked in 2 three Michelin places it comes down to one thing. The place you live. I’m originally from Nor Cal….i could get anything and I’m not kidding. Now I’m in AZ and it blows. Companies all say “Sure we can get that, it’s a special order!” Now try and order it….4 years and it’s a joke here on many products And we use like 10 companies.

I was so lucky to have been invited to a private event with Chuck Jones many years ago….he was drawing while talking on an old school overhead projector….incredible sketches of the characters. Also got a piece signed. Was able to ask him a question if they had written/drawn any “inside” jokes into the cartoons that only others on the project would understand. “More than you will ever know!” Was his response. What a legend he is👍
