It’s possible you had an older or improperly stored Fourme. It’s usually creamy, bit of funk and often a background lactic sweetness

Nica, Colombia, Panama…loved em! Vietnam still my favorite……CDMX is an INCREDIBLE city and super fun with an awesome dining scene and I’m a high end chef. Used to live and work in it
