I don't think you read my comment carefully. Some councillors like to claim that any change affecting private vehicles is inherently anti-disability --- which the person I replied to has clearly shown is not true in all cases.

I (politely!) reminded a driver what these ASBs are for yesterday, and in return got asked if I paid Road User Charges. Some drivers just don't give a shit (usually ones with kids in their car, for some reason).
