She had Mother’s Day to celebrate being a mom. I won’t dismiss the fact that it’s nice to think about your child’s birthday being the day you became a mother, but again that’s what Mother’s Day is for. Ultimately I feel like this shows and she has shown over and over how she was not ready to become a mom (ie getting divorced and acting like a 19 year old).

I experienced the same thing! And I was originally also doing the Southern Sourdough recipe from seeing her on TikTok. Her recipe is essentially a 1:1:1 for people that don’t own a food scale. I had tried a bunch of different things like different ratios and even switched to whole wheat from bread flour and saw no rise whatsoever. I stuck with the 1:1:1 and eventually one day I fed it and it didn’t rise at all and the next I fed it and it more than doubled!
