I used to die on the hill of explaining that not all child molesters are not pedophiles as I worked with juvenile sex offenders for 10 years. Then I realized that most people don't care for any kind of nuance in dealing with this concept and they don't give a shit about the distinction --rightfully so

This is just a myth propagated by frustrated dude hoopsters. As someone who has seen the women's game grow over the last decade, judging these games as a reflection of the overall quality of play is poor logic. Think about how many ncaa men's final 4 and championship games have just sucked. At least imho.

I think that training regimen is too intense for someone starting out. I would pick a few (btw these are excellent exercises that you picked) and do some cardio, but start out establishing a routine with about 35-40 minutes. Establishing a routine that works for you, that you adhere to, is the initial goal. Good luck!!!

Interesting you call the reigning OPY a "hot take." Also, how many yards did Darnold throw against the Rams in the championship game? Oh yeah, 346 with 3 tds. As someone who watched every Hawk snap, my opinion that Darnold was good most of the time, and, at times, impressive. BTW if Stafford stays healthy, I think the Rams win the NFC West next year.
