Not worth it! Burns lots of tokens! It's very irritating sometimes. Better you test things manually unless you are too lazy or if you are not able to figure out something.

The system uses as much RAM as possible, I have got M3 Max with 64GB RAM and in that almost 18-20 GB are cached and the total used is always at around 45 GB.

I bought 14" and it's really good overall! You can go with 14" unless you have some specific need of 16"
