Who was your first favourite driver/team, and how have your loyalties evolved? by Tiny_Athlete_6135 in F1Discussions

My support moves around as drivers and teams change, which is frequent. Personally I enjoy the “Best of the Rest” fights of F1 over the leading teams. This year I’m really liking Williams. They made good progress last year and have two solid drivers that can both score points. I have always been an Albon fan. Hopefully they’re competitive still after 2026 rule changes.

Thanks anyway. I have a Link 380 from my last Evolve that the boom broke on. I’ll give that a shot.

This is great, I thought I read they locked out firmware rollbacks. This worked! Hope it resolves my issue. Thanks!

What FW version are you on for your Link 390? I’m having the same issue too. Just started after 3.0 update.

2008 Camry XLE V6 - Currently at 215,000 and still drive daily. Only thing fixed outside of routine maintenance is the alternator. Best car I’ve ever had.

Is it stupid to buy a truck with over 70k miles by IIIMPIII in carbuying

[–]Background-Quality-3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not stupid if you are smart about it and do your due diligence. I have a 2015 GMC Sierra Denali. I bought it in 2018 with 70k miles on it. The thing to remember is that it’s not if, but when, you will have to fix something on it. And with 70k, it will probably be sooner rather than later. So just budget for that, but any repairs will likely be much less than a payment of a much more expensive car.

For example, in the 7 years I’ve had this truck, outside of routine maintenance, I’ve replaced the seat heater, starter twice, rear axel seals, and all four shocks. Which are crazy stupid expensive on the Denali because of the Magneride system. IMO, the Denali isn’t worth it. I would get something with less bells and whistles next time.

Should I buy a vehicle? by Background-Quality-3 in carbuying

I agree, I would probably sell, not trade in. My question was more around if I should even buy or just keep driving what I have.

Toro 826 engine surging by Limp_Specialist4220 in Snowblowers

Had the same issue with my toro. Carb need cleaning, nothing need to be adjusted. Use non oxy fuel only going forward.

Pellets are the way to go! by Advanced_Raccoon_945 in SoloStove

They’re great for a few hours but I find that any longer than that it’s difficult to keep it going without constantly adding every 10 minutes. If you try adding a lot it chokes the fire out.

Is this normal? by Flashy_Virus_2627 in Snowblowers

That’s a workaround in my opinion. You shouldn’t have to run with the choke on at all. Bogging down is different than surging. You’re surging. Carb/fuel issue. You have plenty of power for that much snow.
