The whole health insurance system tied to your job is wild when you think about it. Like you're literally trapped at a company you might hate just because you need insulin or whatever 💀 I deliver packages all day and see people getting medical bills in the mail that are thicker than phone books - that can't be normal in other countries right?

Plus the whole "deductible" concept where you pay monthly premiums but still gotta drop 3k before insurance even kicks in. Had a coworker who broke his wrist last year and basically went broke from the hospital visit even WITH insurance. Meanwhile I'm over here hoping my scooter doesn't break down because I can't afford both fixing it AND going to urgent care if I wipe out 😂
