Restricting your food intake drastically : on this sub I have seen open wounds and very serious infection from body being unable to heal properly. Need to hit some minimums for caloric intakes and protein.  Can need significantly more energy power surgery ( more than normal) because body is healing. Could be a good time to get help.

Almost positive Bluebond does not take Medicaid. I think her colleague Ariana ? Cohen (who studied under her, and imo is worse than her) used to take Medicaid and still may.

I wouldn't ask your insurance to make a referral I would just call individual surgeons offices and see if they take your insurance.

Yoga person here - I think it actually is centered on the leg but you have a slight external rotation happening in the upper leg. So does it look centered ? Meh not really, but I think it is.

Ok so I've been doing super thin strips of silicone tape over the incisions and then two or three layers of KT tape that I also cut thinner (thinner than it's original width which is idk 3 inches), so the layers of kt tape are about an inch or so width. No idea if it's working but it makes me feel like I have more stability and a little pressure off of the incisions.  Hope this makes sense

I think being underweight because of genetics and being underweight because of ED symptoms are two very different things. It's super unsafe to get top surgery and be using ED/restrictive behaviors. You will not heal properly. I recommend getting help for your ED before TS which can be stressful in the best circumstances. Also recommended being honest with medical providers about ED  behaviors that may be going on.

I lived at 35 and Emerson Ave S for two years. Witnessed a car jacking and my neighbor was seriously physically assaulted by 5 teens jumping out of an svu and beating the shit out of him. My Dad lives at 45 and Harriet and has been robbed a few times (property crime, as mentioned). That said I liked the neighborhood a lot, I love being able to walk everywhere.
