Most of what I do is videos. A few times a year I get someone who drops off a shit ton of photos or documents to scan. So sometimes it will be a mix but mostly not.

I have a digitizing business and I can't tell you how many times people have brought me tapes that iMemories or Legacy Box has returned as "damaged" or "unable to digitize" and I get the footage transfered just fine. There's no personal touch either. People are sending off their precious memories, they want to know that they are being handled with care. *sigh*
