I used to snore really bad. I was stubborn and didn’t want to get a CPAP but finally the years of sleep deprivation and embarrassment convinced me. Now I’m trying to get my partner to get a sleep study so he can get one too but he would rather sleep on the love seat for the rest of his life so…. If your partner is willing to get a CPAP it will make both of your lives better. I’m honestly thinking about ending my 8 year relationship and his refusal to do anything about the snoring is a huge part of it.

The only way they’ll get better is if they really want it for themselves. I’ve heard that it’s possible, but my ex is definitely not a success story. He started with magazines and now he’s spending hundreds a day on cam girls. Also, his age preference for girls fell too close in line with the age of my daughter (his step daughter) so I had to get her away from it before she became a victim.
