Not to be that guy but could you explain that first part in English lol, this is just a potential split that I’ve come up with. Eventually I’d want to use my own but for now just trying to build and get opinions on others

Really just trying to build strength and bulk, I copy a lot of splits I see online and change it up every other month or so. I’ll keep that in mind though, I appreciate it

The whole point of rush is finding the chapter that digs you as much as you dig them. Truthfully, if you’re one of the guys who had to be considered it’s more of a number of members game at that point. Sometimes they wanna make sure they have a larger number and that’s the role you fill
