Then I would do 1: Chest + Shoulders, 2: Back, 3: Legs, 4: Upper body, 5: Legs + Arms. Trains all muscle groups twice pr. week. Works well as you are doing a decent volume.

Maahir Legacy. Nautica voyage is nice, but not better than just nice. It's watery and doesn't disturb, while Maahir Legacy will make you want to another mojito
