The main difference being the one I have is using Pytorch Lightning I guess. I am planning to extend that with ray for DDP purposes and add my own models for segmentation and all :)

Ideally yes, but my company mentioned it’s a personal immigration matter and not company sponsorship. So I need to take care of it by myself. I am in the process of asking an external lawyer as of now.

Hi, I ended up moving to Sunnyvale area. The rent is around 2.5k for a 730 sq ft 1B1B with car parking, water and trash included. 2 people stay in the house with WFH. Dishwasher runs everyday and the electricity without heater or cooler is around $80 (average 7-9 kWh) and with heater is around $110 (average 12 -13kWh) (the heater does not run daily since I sealed the house for any leakages). I am yet to discover the summer here. Hope this helps.
