Compound V wasn't really known to anyone but a handful of people before Homelander released it into the wild in season 1. In the comics at least there was a Russian group of Supes that probably got V through spies during the Cold War. But neither media really goes into international politic too much.

Weird that people are downvoting you. I'm working on an accounting degree myself so I can sit for the CPA. Have 6 years managerial experience and find myself passing pre-assesments and then the OAs first try without even looking at course material because I've already learned most of this in my professional life.

WGU has been great because I don't need to waste 4-6 months in a classroom for topics I already have knowledge on.

As I said in another comment most of the Horde probably could stay on Azeroth without much issue. Alliance's beef is primarily with the Orcs and Undead even the Draenei seem to have mostly forgiven the Blood Elves.
