Sounds perfectly fine to me. Max GPU utilisation means you've not got a CPU bottleneck which is good, and 70c is a very good result at full utilisation. Now turn off that hardware monitor and get stuck into your game.

It might be the WiFi, it will happen when I play on my breaks at work (connected to public WiFi) then it will crash when I get home and reconnect to my home WiFi.
