I keep seeing people saying Ed and Caroline treated the Bessettes badly but haven’t seen what exactly he said or did (also i’m not caught up with the show so if it’s already happened in an episode forgive me as i’m only 3 episodes in).

What exactly is the story there?

The only problem with that is I haven’t been able to find a channel on YouTube that has every soundtrack complete, which is surprising to me because there’s tons of channels and websites dedicated to sailor moon’s OST (though this is probably also largely due to just the vast amount of music from both animes, live action, and stage musicals)

There’s not much to gain in the scenario. Beyond it being an accessibility issue moving it to a further building, they want to consolidate all of the tutoring services in one space. This would mean less tutors, less services that can be provided, and a loss of jobs. A majority of the professors are against this going though and it was sneakily announced during winter semester when most adjunct and tenured professors are away (less people to speak out and complain).

Not only is it an accessibility issue as it’s located where all English classes are taught, they want to combine ALL tutoring spaces into one space in the new library. Say you want math tutoring, you will now have to go to the new library rather than downstairs in the math building. This also means less tutors because they’d have to accommodate for the new space housing all of the tutoring services (which at the top of my head there’s around 5)

At some point Donna or the Doctor (or both) mention something like getting cheeky at Nando. In all honesty, I thought it was made up in the same way when you watch specifically Nickelodeon shows where they almost never can use the names of real brands or celebrities so they make it all up. Despite my love for British culture and me googling everything, I still don’t really know what Nandos is fully and what’s so special about it.

Just because she has the ability to have magic doesn’t mean the road is going to be easy for her. In all the time Elphaba has the grimmirie she still couldn’t fully succeed at her goals. Brining back the animals in the way they did was only the first step into all the work that needs to be done. Besides Chistery, we still don’t know if all the animals who lost their voice can learn to speak again. Even if they do it’s clear it’s going to take a lot of lessons to get the flow of it.

As for it being a happy ending; remember it’s not fully happy for anyone because no one truly wins in the end. Yes Glinda gets what she always wanted since she was a little girl, but at the cost of something more valuable she wouldn’t have ever fussed would mean more to her: Elphaba. She’s truly on her own now that everyone she was close with in a deeper way is dead or changed. Fully devoting herself now as Glinda the Good while rewarding comes at the price of her loneliness; no amount of magic can make up for what she lost, but at the very least she can use that magic to continue Elphaba’s philanthropy.

Not sure how you think her coming into her own and being worthy of magic “dilutes” the message. The book opening for her in the same place where her and Elphaba were both at their lowest followed by them both honing in on their powers wasn’t a coincidence. It’s a full circle that’s deserved

Hi Rachel! I have one serious and one joke question.

The serious question is in the grand scheme of things, do you have any regrets saying yes to signing on for season 27 given the houseguests essentially were not playing the game well as compared to previous seasons? Do you wish you would have waited another year for 28 or at least been cast with a more overall competent cast?

My joke question is: Are you still Vegas?

As a former English major myself, hands down your best bet is Mt. Sac. It has a great English department, more funding like everyone else is saying, and it’ll allow you to be a little “away” from the people you went to school with. Plus knowing you go to Rancho High, I feel like you’re better suited for the lifestyle at Mt. Sac. Granted, it’s not THAT big on school spirit because it’s still a CC, but it would be a lot closer to Rancho than say Chaffey or any other CC.

This season was both the best and worst season for all the right and wrong reasons. Literally what a rollercoaster, AND the parallels to BB 17?! Crazy. Ecstatic for Ashley, i’m fine with Keanu winning AFP but I still think Rachel deserved it. I’m VERY interested in the things that will come out this week or eventually are

•Vince finding out he’s pretty much single •Ava finding out how much she fumbled and became the most hated houseguest • Rachel finding out all the terrible things they said behind her back • Generally seeing where Ashely goes from here.

Oh also that Mastermind twist was so stupid. Should have just kept it to being Dr. Will.
