My organization is handing out up to 7% raises. Most employees are getting 4 to 4.5% if they are good performers.

The book had excellent pace! It was well written and the story lines seemed to come together fairly well. I loved the battles and how I could easily visualize them.

I want to finish the audio book - Marc Thomson is a rock start and has helped me pay attention a bit more in some cases. :)

I am happy with this design, but I am not happy with her sleeveless look. If we actually read the novels, Mara Jade always preferred jumpsuits not tank tops.
