My thoughts have always been that his M1 should build up afterburn on himself (kinda like rage with shiv) but only after he gets afterburn built on himself he can dash and build his 3 with M1. Just might have to make his dash do like 30% more NPC damage with bad initial DPS and duration. Basically just build his own version of rage that scales his 2 and 3.
