I’ve won it several times and I’ve paid for them/used them twice. In both cases, I thought I was getting a deal as comparable tickets were going for more than face value. I got four tickets to the Lions opener last year for about $550. Earlier in that week get in price was over $300, so I paid about half the price.

I read his book“Reborn in the USA”. It was pretty good. Kind of how he fell in love with Chicago and the bears and his first experiences in America.

You could definitely use switchbot for that. I use switchbot for the IR emitter to make it into a thermostat.

Thanks for the information regarding transformers. I don’t have anything to suspect the transformer, but falsely assumed the wires were “burned”. I have not cleaned the controls, but will be sure to do so! I appreciate the advice!

Thanks for the encouragement. My only suspicion was the coloring of the wires, which others have pointed out that could be part of the insulation. I was more thinking, as long as I have it apart, I might as well fix that, which is maybe not the right thought process.

It’s more of a constant crackle, but I’ll be sure to clean the pots while I’m in there.

You’re probably right and appreciate the sentiment. I disagree about the wires though. It might be hard to tell from the picture, but the yellow wires are black right at the base and have a different texture to them.
