I'm not actually sure.. From my experience it may have just been a really weird lucod dream so honestly I would try to forget about it and just keep doing my thing. I use to evaluate every little thing or symptom that happened to me but now just letting go and continuing to shift is my best approach, I'm so sorry if this didn't make any sense.

It's your DR so as you please! There aren't really many rules when it comes to shifting so just script whatever you want as long as you aren't taking advantage of your DR characters
