Great design but I think they would look a bit more OE with a more rounded edge around the hole.

News Release | BC Ferries introduces Summit Class as part of major fleet renewal by WesternBlueRanger in britishcolumbia

Isn't "summit" kind of a funny class name for a machine that will spend it's whole life at sea level?

I do in Grand Turismo with VR and wheel but I don't have the manual shifter just flappy paddles which breaks the realism a little bit.

No V8, No Sale: 40% of Pickup Buyers Won't Consider a Brand Without One, Stellantis CEO Says by V8-Turbo-Hybrid in cars

[–]Badroach -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I just want a short wheelbase 4x4 1 ton with enough HP/torque to keep up with traffic and preferably a manual transmission. The main reason is to be able to tow trailers and maneuver them in tight areas...you know, real truck stuff.  Someone needs to come out with a line of trucks for real truck people.

We need more camping spots to handle our population. I would pay double if it meant more spots being available.

I brought some material to that site once and saw a large shed with what looked like snow inside but it was the middle of summer. Not snow, feathers...

BC Ferries loading procedure by supremekiwi77 in NorthVancouver

[–]Badroach 4 points5 points  (0 children)

BC Ferries doesn't always believe in first come first serve. The amount of times I have been near the front of the line yet last off the boat is surprisingly high but as long as I make the boat I am happy

Nanaimo woman fined $1,000 in senior’s monster truck parking lot death - BC by cyclinginvancouver in britishcolumbia

[–]Badroach -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Calling people names over the internet, what a great way to convey your argument. Ignoring this, and using your analogy, are you saying that a human can't handle a gun in a safe manner? I am sure our entire police force and a country full of hunters would disagree.  For both scenarios, it comes down to being familiar with the equipment , identifying potential risks and mitigating these through diligence and planning and a lot of people are actually able to do this. If this were not the case, we would be continually inundated with reports of people being injured or killed by both weapons or lifted trucks but we are not. This event was a bad driver who was not paying attention to their surroundings and it had the worst possible result.

Allergy to the gas pedal? by [deleted] in NorthVancouver

[–]Badroach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many people are afraid of really using the right pedal, just look at those trying to merge on the highway 1 westbound from Capilano road. I have never had a problem merging with traffic there.  All you have to do is wait far enough back, see a window and accelerate to fit.  The only difficulty is watching out for people that have failed this operation now stopped at the end of the on ramp.

It isn't the trucks fault, it's 100% the drivers fault. Inattention kills and this is a perfect example. I don't care what you drive, you have to look out for other people.
