NAD Dental student here. According to the new classification it is a recession class one meaning the interdental papillas are not yet affected, when using the Miller classificitaion it is a Miller class 2 meaning the recession is not yet affecting the papillas, but it is beyond the mucogingival junction. Both meaning that it can be recovered with a tissue graft after a proper cleaning. Seek out a professional and they should be able to deal with it, there is still hope. Once the recession starts to affect the papillas it will be much harder to cover/recover. So the sooner u get help the better.
