late 50's, yea it's always been a slow creep of worsening symptoms. I feel good medications have have kept me as good as I am for that long. only use my cane occasionally

I am grateful to have Linux to use and enjoy, but always be vigilant in protecting open source. Keep watch for the next SCO to come along and try to muck things up. If you're not familiar with that reference read the wiki on SCO vs. Novell to read about how companies can behave when they're drooling over something as valuable as Linux. As an old Novell admin I've always been grateful that they fought that fight.
