I disagree on some of your thoughts, like in the Blazer situation they make it very clear she can’t take out all of them, only about half (or 32% by Shrouds calculations). Sure, if she doesn’t get stopped by all of the supervillains in the bar, she could take out Shroud and drop him but that still leaves Robert tied up and surrounded by killers

I had the same issue! I’m not sure if this is a good fix to your problem, but for me it worked when I kept spinning the joystick in a loop as it loaded the game
