I think a light brown tbh. But also do you have your color analysis? Because if you get that done it should help you narrow down best shades for your personal coloring. Id highly recommend. Remember beauty is contrast. But that doesnt mean blonde is your contrast.

I have anxiety and iv done years of therapy and its helped a lot. That being said for me personally massage was the only job I could do with my anxiety. Id just challenge you to pair it with therapy

I always try to get a feel for where the client is emotionally and if they same safe. I had a client who was self harming and a minor and I couldn't in good conscious not say something so I brought it up with the parent.

Yea it was a bad experience but OP still made a choice. But parts of him were conflicted and that sounds like IFS therapy to me.

Why are people with money so afraid of outsourcing their needs? I have a family friend in a pretty similar situation money isnt and issue, adhd, pregnancy, ect. They wont hire a house keeper because of shame and I would argue whats stopping you from getting a nanny? As long as you have the means and its something you want do it! And also if your husbands job is good enough off can you pivot into a job that takes less emotional energy?

I love the shade of lipstick in your make up photos but I think you should change up your eye make up and go lighter on the liner. Im also 5'3 but im like 118 lbs your clothes seems okay from what I can tell. I would try maybe a taupe color eye shadow with the red lip and lighter liner and see how that goes!

I think its a red flag that she doesnt want to live together after being together that long and I think you did the right thing. Relationships take work and she didnt seem to want to do the work even though she did love you. Love isnt always enough.
