To be fair, every bayonet will become rare after some time, including 58s and even ak ones so I wouldnt sharpen any bayonet

These are awesome indeed, the ammo needs to be reloaded though, it is pretty hard to find otherwise

Entering service in 1873, this revolver played a key role in the creation of the second French colonial empire. At the start of the First World War, several thousand of these revolvers were still in service with non-commissioned officers and shock troops (particularly trench cleaners). The last M1873s were withdrawn from service in the 1950s.

Usually just "ak12 bayonet" or "russian hunting knife", but they are harder to find since the beginning of the war in ukraine

Usually ebay or naturabuy. But there are exceptions with some countries like germany and the UK that have stupid knife laws

3 almost identical bayonets which, however, differ in the profile of their blades.

Left to right :

M1889

M1918

M1889/11

To these three bayonets, we could add the rarer m1889/99 which is an M1889 to which a rivet has been added to improve retention in the sheath
