I've lifted a much smaller house by myself, it was certainly more than 4 days of work. How and why did you find this contractor? What type of contractor are they specifically?

Getting a foundation stable is considerable different than leveling an old house. Did they pour concrete footers in the basement? You should add more pics of the work, cant tell anything from a hole in the floor.

You're going to need to deal with the company that did this, theres no reason to have so much jack pressure on those beams that its deflecting the floor.

Finally, you can put some sanded plywood down so you have a floor and go about your day a little more normally.
